Even duo I and my friend don't speak Turkish or Russia language,all employees tried very hard to communicate with us and make us happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived we had the problem of the fact that the room was a family room and not a double room. In addition we had the problem of the fact that the television was only on the side with the 2 single beds. The double bed room did not have a TV.
The food was not always covered so sometimes you would arrive to the food hall where flies had been landing on the food. When I asked the hotel staff about the room they said they would make some changes but they did nothing.
We had fun on our honeymoon, because it was our honeymoon. But it would have been nicer if the hotel had been better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all was hugest problem with internet. They put the expensive price for five days like for an month. It’s mindless to have that problem in all inclusive hotel. All staffs are incompetent and have real issues with interaction with people.
Secondly baths and rooms are badly clean. And it’s very funny because i never ask to clean my room and they just change the blankets and in the rest it was always dirty.
I can mention the manager Vera that cannot makes her job, and have incorrect attitude with us.

Food not so good its missing the taste, but there is enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is bad, drinks are good, the animation is bad, the hotel staff is good though. I reserved this hotel by mistake,because it's name is very similar to Armas Gul Beach, which is slightly better. Animation was bad,or nonexistent. There was a Russian animator he was singing songs!! I could't believe, why don't you play top 40 charts,and bad Russian music too,not the good ones. I stayed there 4 nights, never heard a single Turkish song.
