I have never seen such careless and poor service. I regret that I chose it because it is close to my workplace. Special services in the industry take better care of the car. I had the annual oil maintenance done, at that time they said that my pad had melted, they asked for 2500 liras for replacement. I said no because I know I changed it recently. I took it to the private service. There was a 2mm difference between the zero pad and the so-called melted pad. After 4 months of oil maintenance, the vehicle gave an oil warning. I brought it to this service again. Without checking it, without seeing the errors with the computer, it reset the error by turning the gas brake ignition on and off and sent it. When I said connect it to a computer and let's see why it went wrong, brother, we had to pull the car, they falsely made a slope because it would take 2 hours. Certainly private services take better care. I will never come again.

At the ARKAS FORD service I went to on 09.04.2022, they detected the flywheel gear failure of our Kuga vehicle, which broke down on the road.
