Great project and craftsmanship. I visited all the projects in Eryaman, but I did not see a place in 225 M2 and the materials and workmanship used.

The inside of the houses is 225 M2, very big and beautiful. However, it is not suitable for credit as it has not been inhabited yet. Those who have cash, get it now. Their prices are between 1.5-2 million. When the resettlement is taken, a 20-30 percent increase is made on these monies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proje gerçekten detaylı düşünülerek yapılmış ve gayet güzel. Ancak satış personeli pek ilgili değil. Tanıtımı satış yapmaktan ziyade sanki yapmak zorunda olduğu için yapıyormuş ve prosedü bir an önce bitirmek istiyormuş izlenimi verdi.Çıkışta bahçe ve spor alanlarını gezmek istediğimde alt kattan bir arkadaş camdan gezmenin yasak olduğunu belirtip müsade etmedi. Nedenini sorunca ise sadece yasak dedi. Bu sebeple daha düşük not verdim.
The project was made with really detailed thought and it is very beautiful. But the sales staff are not very involved. He gave the impression that he was doing the promotion as if he had to do it, rather than making a sale, and that he wanted to finish the procedure as soon as possible. When I wanted to visit the garden and sports fields at the exit, a friend from downstairs stated that it was forbidden to walk through the window and did not allow me. When asked why, he just said it is forbidden. That's why I gave it a lower rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kocaman daireleri bulunan devasa 2 blok.. kadinlarin hayalindeki mutfaga sahip oldugu kesin. Vestiyer odasıda arti deger katiyor.. gelgelelim peyzaj yok..
2 huge blocks with huge flats.. it is certain that women have their dream kitchen. The cloakroom also adds value.. but there is no landscaping..
