Şehir içersinde küçük bir daire de ama müstakil olsun diyorsanız düşünülebilir. Bitişik nizam olması bana göre dezavantaj, yakın zamanlarda siteye giriş çıkışlarda kapıları güvenlik amaçlı kilitli hale getirmişler.
