The view is beautiful, it has a spacious environment. Service isn't bad. However, the food is tasteless and expensive compared to these places.

This place, called Ardanuç House, is a cafe/restaurant that serves local breakfast, run by the District Governor's Office. The view is beautiful, the place is decent. Breakfast variety is medium. The price is a little high.

I think it is a good option to have a place you can go to in a small town. I ate dessert it was very good. The staff was smiling. If you happen to drop by, stop by, you won't regret it.
