Ürün iade ve degisim islemleri bürokrasiden uzak ve hizli olabilmeli.
Ve mpsteriye "neden kullanmadan önce getirmediniz" gibi aptalca ve yersiz bir soru sorulmamali, nihayetinde ürünü kullanmadan islevselligini anlayamam, en azindan ben anlayamam cünkü müneccim degilim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir fırın iadesi yaptık bir ay oldu ücreti hala geriye yatmadı hem ürünü hemen aldılar ertesi gün bankaya mail atılacağı söylendi ama 15 gün sonra mail atıldı toplamda bir aydır iade bekliyorum. Elimde hep ürün yok hemde param. Bu sefer üzdün bizi Arçelik.
