★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir einen Termin geholt für den Freitag früh im Callcenter von Beko, darauf hin wurde von diesem Service hier in Amasya mein Termin abgesagt unter dem vorwand wir haben es zu spät gesehen im system und das man keinen Techniker hat der das anschließen kann und eine Montage würde 1 Tag dauern , für ein kleines Klimagerät .Darauf hin hat der Service einfach meinen Termin auf Montag gelegt ohne mich zu fragen ob ich überhaupt im Haus bin . Nach dem ich dann einen Anruf bekommen habe, sagte man mir es kann auch der Dienstag oder Mittwoch werden da frage ich mich ob das was der Service macht Professionell ist , ich denke nein . Ich werde diesen Service von Beko NICHT weiterempfehlen . So ein Sevice darf sich nicht BEKO Service nennen . MFG Mustafa Göktürk
I got an appointment for Friday morning in the Beko call center, then my service was canceled here in Amasya under the pretext that we saw it too late in the system and that you had no technician to connect it and one Assembly would take 1 day for a small air conditioner, after which the service simply put my appointment on Monday without asking if I was in the house at all. After I got a call, they told me it could also be Tuesday or Wednesday, so I wonder if what the service does is professional, I think no. I will NOT recommend this service from Beko. Such a service should not be called BEKO service. MFG Mustafa Göktürk
