Arçelik Service which gives importance to customer satisfaction in Silifke is a number one with Bülent Doğan and his team. When there is such a service, we should not prefer a product other than Arçelik.

Aradık ertwsi gün gelebilecez dediler yisne gelmediler tam 1 buçuk hafta boyunca beklettiler ne zaman arasak servis elemanları şehir dışında yarın gelicekler dediler. En sonunda arçelik müşteri hizmetlerine yazılı şikayet verdim 5 dk sonra arayıp geldiler. Demekki işlerini yapmaları için illaki şikayet etmek gerekiyor.
We didn't come for the service the day we got. They said they can come the day they said they could not come to the day they have waited for exactly 1 and a half weeks. Finally, I gave a written complaint to the Arçelik customer service. So they need to complain to do their job.

They came to install the dishwasher, it went into the cupboard, but the door did not close, we said that the top cover of the machine should be removed, they said it has nothing to do with it, they installed it and left. My wife took it off, removed the top cover of the machine and put it back on, the door of the cabinet closed without any problems. They just don't want to do 5 minutes of extra work or don't they know. Do not interfere with my spouse
