Even though they offered it at the price of the part, the price does not match with the other authorized service. I don't think much about buying an Arçelik brand anymore, I hope I can find an alternative white goods brand.

What kind of service is this? The air conditioner we have been using for 20 years was not at all Broken. We just asked the service that has a broken drain pipe to be replaced and cleaned with fresh water. They came, they said, we can't reach them, they discharged the gas, we understood this and they removed it from the wall. They worked without covering the carpet. I think it's not professional at all!! they just wanted to close the copper pipe with a simple tiny isola tape and finish the job with white tape, so they said that only white tape would be enough for some of the old parts with complete isolation, which would cost 750 TL. We did not accept! We asked for the copper pipe to be completely insulated and to have a white tape on it, no, it would not be completely insulated, only new pipes would be completely insulated, we could order a new pipe, which would cost 120 TL per meter. Cleaning also costs 150, they said, not with fresh water, only with a normal plug. So we said leave and asked them to leave and we paid 150 for it. I'm sorry but I don't like Arçelik brand

I wish all technical service companies were like this. They repaired our defective device and called every step of it until we received it. The employees are very caring and polite. I've been using Arçelik and Beko for years. I mean, I've bought an estimated 100 products. The authorities will know when the TLF number is entered. From now on, I will definitely not buy these brands, nor do I care. When I say why. I bought the oven tire and the tire was torn in the pk. I took it and asked them to change it. But he said no.
