★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 hafta önce tabletimi yazılım atılsın diye bıraktım. Arayacağız dediler. 3 kere gittim. Hicbir şekilde aramadılar. En sonunda bugün gittiğimde de hicbir işlem yapmadıklarını görünce tabletimi alıp eve geldim. Ama böyle rezillik olmaz. Arçelik gibi bir markaya hiç yakışmıyor.
I left my tablet 1 week ago to let the software throw. They said we will call. I went 3 times. They never called. Finally, when I went today, when I saw that they did not do anything, I took my tablet and came home. But such a disgrace does not happen. It does not suit a brand like Arçelik at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu kadar rezalet az servis gördüm. Bir buzdolabı termostat düğmesi için 2 3 aydır uğraşıyoruz. Ulaşabilsem düğmeyi kendim alıp takıcam ama telefonla sadece çağrı merkezine ulaşabiliyoruz. 5 iş günü arka arkaya her gün arayarak çağrı merkezine talep ilettim ama halen 1 kişi bile bana dönüş yapmadı.
I have never seen such a disgraceful service. We have been dealing with a refrigerator thermostat button for 2 3 months. If I can reach it, I will take the button and insert it myself, but we can only reach the call center by phone. I made a request to the call center by calling every day for 5 working days in a row, but still not even 1 person has returned to me.
