 Disgrace! I have called other people to ask for a product. How many times have you called since the morning? Anyway, they want to open the shop and just sit at the table press, to call the product and to reverse the customer.

The quality of Arçelik is clear, you can buy it for a little bit cheaply, I've been buying white goods from here for years and I've never had any problems.

The TV they sold broke down in one day. After that, their attitude towards customers changed. It's like we broke it. I would not recommend this dealer at all.
