There is no discount on the product in any way. It is said, let's help next time in every shopping. But you are the same as the new customer in the next shopping. The product is nice but definitely do not buy it from this branch.

Their behavior towards customers is very rude. Just because of this, I shopped from another brand. The brand loses value because of these operators. I wonder if Arçelik has a monitoring mechanism for such cases.

I've never seen such an unrelated place. Definitely don't take a step. The man talks like he's in a neighborhood coffee shop. The mask made me cold from arcelik, just like the man working in the stores. Come on, I passed it, does the Arcelik brand never read the comments written here? Even one star is too much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aldığım ürünün faturasını vermediler. Ürünü 2 gün deneyip performansını yeterli bulmadığım için iade etmek istedim. Geri almayı kabul etmedikler gibi(iletişim kurmak çok zor bayii ile, tavırları fazlasıyla nahoş) faturayı vermeyerek Arçelik Etimesgut yetkili servisin geri alma çabalarını da yok ediyorlar. Kapısından bile geçmeyin derim. Arçelik yerli markamız ancak bu bayii maalesef markanın prestijini düşürüyor.
They didn't give me an invoice for the product I bought. I tried the product for 2 days and I did not find its performance sufficient, so I wanted to return it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arçelik metromall mağazasından bişey almayın. Kampanyası 1 gün önce biten modele ertesi gün +1000 TL üstüne koyup satmaya çalışıyorlar. Ayaş yolundaki bayiye teşekkür ediyorum. O gün Kampanya bittiği halde + 200 tl verip oradan aldım.
Do not buy anything from Arçelik metromall store. They are trying to sell the model whose campaign ended 1 day ago by putting +1000 TL on it the next day. I would like to thank the dealer on Ayas road. Even though the campaign was over that day, I gave + 200 TL and bought it from there.
