İncelenmesi neticesi kompresör arızası olduğu ve ürün 10’uncu yılını doldurduğu için maalesef temin edilemediğini söylediler.O zaman 900₺ ye satılan bu ürünümü çöpe mi atayım dediğimde siz bilirsiniz cevabını aldığım servis.Akabinde bozuk soğutma yapmayan sebilimi alarak dışarıdaki bir beyaz eşya tamircisine götürdüm.Kompresörün sağlam olduğunu ama kartının arızalı olduğunu söylediler 150₺ bir ücrete yaptılar.Bu hadiseyi Arçelik genel müdürlüğüne de bildireceğim.Sosyal medyada da paylaşacağım.Demek ki yerli malı diye bir şeyi almamak lazımmış.Ülke zenginleri kazanırken sizin kaybetmemenlz için Lg.Samsung,Bosch gibi ürünleri almakta fayda var.Servis görevlileri merak ederse adresim var gelsinler onlara da buz gibi su ikram edeyim.Nokta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bulaşık makineme bir parça almak içim gittim. parçayı aldım, şayet olmazsa değiştirebilir veya iade edebilir miyim dedim. oradaki bir bay çalışan (zannederim yetkilisi idi) elimizde bundan başka yok zaten, değiştirme ve iade almıyoruz, takamazsanız da biz gelir takarız parasını da alırız dedi saygısızca... parçayı ben kendim takarak bu saygısız servise paramı kaptırmadım.. yedek parça lazım olduğunda tercih ettiğim bir yerdi, lakin tavır ve davranışları hoşuma gitmedi. ben de tartışmak istemedim, parçayı alıp çıktım... artık başka bir servisle çalışacağım, ya da internetten daha ucuza parça da bulunabiliyor....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atatürk caddesi servisinden çok memnunum çalışanların hepsi süper her sorunumu hemen çözüyorlar öncede arçelik alırdım ama arada başka markada aldığım oluyodu ama bundan sonra sadece arçelik gircek evime çalışanların hepsine çok teşekkür ediyorum
I am very pleased with the Atatürk Caddesi service, all of the employees are super, they solve all my problems immediately. I used to buy arçelik before, but sometimes I bought another brand, but from now on, only arçelik will enter my house. I thank all those who work in my house.

Arçelik yetkili servisi hızlıca gelip ekran panelinin tamamen değişmesi gerektiğini söyleyip malzemeyide 2 gün içinde getirterek tamiri gerçekleştirdiler. Ekran paneli de piyasanın altında nir fiyattaydı. Gayet hızlı ve güzel bir servis hizmeti sağladılar. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bulaşık makine tamiri için geldiler.Arızanın devir daim motoru olduğu söylenip yenisi ile değiştirdiler. Fakat 2.gün aynı arıza yine tekrarladı.. 430 TL. Ücret ödedim.Pazartesi yine arayacağım bakalım başka ne arızalı diyecekler..
