★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 gün kadar önce bulaşık makinemin alt sepeti değişti.Arçelik Darica servisinden Okan bey makinenin arkasındaki hortumu da degistirdi.Çalışması ve yardimseverligi için kendisine çok teşekkürler ederiz. Ancak işimiz bitmedi Arçelik semaverim arızalandı.Okan bey semaveri merkeze götürdü. Aradan 1 hafta geçmesine rağmen Semaverden haber çıkmadı 3 kere müşteri hizmetlerini arayıp işimizi cabuklastirmalarini rica ettim. Arızalı Büyük beyaz eşya çok miktarda olduğu için zavallı semaverime bakamamislar.Sıra ne zaman gelecek Allah bilir. Ayrıca ben çay tiryakisiyim.inanin hala tencerede çay yapıyorum. Semaverimi yapacak başka Arçelik servisi arıyorum
About 10 days ago, the bottom basket of my dishwasher was changed. Okan from Arçelik Darica Service also changed the hose at the back of the machine. We thank him very much for his work and helpfulness. However, our work was not over. My Arçelik samovar malfunctioned. Okan Bey took the samovar to the center. Although 1 week passed, there was no news from the Samovar. I called customer service 3 times and asked them to speed up our work. Defective Big white goods were in large quantity. They couldn't take care of my poor samovar. God knows when it will be their turn. Also, I am a tea drinker. Believe me, I still make tea in the pot. I am looking for another Arçelik service to make my samovar.
