I never recommend it. They came and looked at the machine blindly and said that the motherboard should be changed, but that my machine is too old, maybe they won't find it in the market. Then they said they found the piece and said 200 liras. I said OK replace the part. Then they called again and said 450 liras. I said how suddenly it changed. They said the dollar has increased too much. I said I didn't want it either. Then I showed the machine to any craftsman. He found the problem somewhere that the service did not look at and fixed it at no charge. I will never buy white goods from Arçelik again, let alone show any of my products to this service.

Definitely a terrible authorized service, they are doing a careless and careless job. I will not call the backhoe service again in my life.
