The vacuum cleaner we bought from Gordion Arçelik did not charge even 10 minutes. While the place where we bought the product was not helpful, the authorized service took care of the issue and behaved very well. They returned the product and delivered a new top model. We thank them.

We would like to thank the Yasakent authorized service staff, Selinay, for her interest and friendlyness, who resolved the problem we had been experiencing for 5 months with the washing machine we bought from Arçelik within 2 weeks and informed us about all the procedures and processes.
