★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 puan bile fazla sıfır olsaydı 0 verirdim. 2 yıl önce Arçelik marka buz dolabı aldık, buz makinasını kurarken kırdılar yenisini getirecez diyip gittiler yaklaşık 1 sene sonra başka bi şey için çağırdık onuda söyledik buz makinasını takarken yine kırdılar ve yine yaklaşık 1 sene oldu başka servise söyledik o getirecek. Bir parçayı nasıl olurda üst üste 2 kez kırarlar sözde servistirler normal tamirci de değil.
I would give 0 if even 1 point was more than zero. We bought an Arçelik branded refrigerator 2 years ago, they broke it while installing the ice machine, they said they would bring a new one, and they went about 1 year later, we called it for something else, they broke it again while installing the ice machine, and it has been about 1 year and we told another service that it will bring it. How can they break a part 2 times in a row? They are supposed to be serviced and not a normal repairman.
