Bize yeni ürün göndererek lütufta bulunduklarını sanıyorlar. O kişiler ordan temizlenene kadar şikayetimi devam ettireceğim. Eğer dondurucunun yenisini vermeden eskisini almaları yüzünden etlerim çözülüp bozulursa yetkili servisi ve benimle muhattap olan ukala kadını dava edeceğim.
They have lousy mediocre mediocre customer representatives, arrogant, disrespectful and decent speaking people who never observe customer satisfaction. They think they are being blessed by sending us new products. I will continue my complaint until those people are cleared from there. If my flesh is thawed and spoiled because they bought the old one without giving the freezer a new one, I will sue the authorized service and the cocky woman who spoke with me.
