★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aslında ben bu iş yerine 1 yıldız bile vermem .Makineme bir parça takacaklar 21 günü geçti ve hala ses yok.Müşteri Hizmetlerini sık sık aramama rağmen bir sonuç alamıyorum.3 haftada Çin’den bile parça gelirdi.Kesinlikle kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.Profesyonellikle alakaları yok!
Actually, I don't even give 1 star to this job. They will put a piece on my machine. It has been 21 days and there is still no sound. Even though I call Customer Service frequently, I get no results. Even in China in 3 weeks, parts came from China. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone. They have nothing to do with professionalism!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu servis çok ķötü. Kötünün de ötesinde berbat. Rezillik. Eşik arçelik halı yıkama makinesi getirdi. Bir kaç parça değişecek yüksek miktarda masraf çıkardılar. Serviste yaptirmadik. Dışarda 20 tl ye tamir ettirdik.
This service is very bad. It sucks beyond the bad. Disgrace. Threshold brought Arçelik carpet washing machine. They cost a lot of money that would change a few pieces. We did not get it done in the service. We had it repaired for 20 TL outside.

Ürünün 1 hafta içerisinde geleceğini söylediler lakin ürün 2-3 gün içerisinde servise ulaştı. Arayıp bilgilendirdiler. Ürün montajını kendim yaptığım için montaj konusunda birşey diyemeyeceğim. Erkan Bey ilgilendi sağolsun. Trabzon'da müşteriye nasıl davranılacağını bilen nadir esnaflardan. Teşekkürler ?
I ordered parts for my Altus dishwasher. I bought the product from another authorized service in Trabzon for 200 TL for 160 TL. They said that the product will arrive within 1 week, but the product reached the service within 2-3 days. They called and informed. Since I do the product assembly myself, I cannot say anything about assembly. Thanks to Erkan Bey. One of the rare artisans who know how to treat the customer in Trabzon. Thanks ?
