We requested technical service due to the boiler failure in our Arçelik washing machine. Thanks to friends, they changed the boiler and heater of the machine and delivered the device to the house. I recommend a service that makes its job solid.

Daha kotu bile sonuclanabilirdi. Ama bu firma beni hatali buldu, kullanici hatasiymis. Ayrica hic profesyonel degiller. Yanmis firini evin icinde denemek istediler calisiyor mu calismiyor mu diye. Izin vermedim. Kullanici dostu olmayan, profesyonellikten uzak bu firma ile bir daha denk gelmemek icin Arcelik veya Beko urunu bir daha almayacagim.
My microwave oven, which is still under the guarantee that I made 1 degree in 1 minute, made a quarter of a loaf of bread look like charcoal. Burnt spots appeared all over the oven, the whole house smelled. It could have ended even worse. But this company found me wrong, it was user error. Also, they are not professional at all. They wanted to try the burnt oven inside the house to see if it works or not. I did not allow. I will not buy Arcelik or Beko products again in order not to come across this unprofessional and user-friendly company again.
