Buzdolabı merdivenden çıkmaz diyerek sokağın ortasına bırakıp gittiler. Üstelik ARÇELİK müşteri hizmetlerini aradığımda dalga geçer gibi buzdolabını en erken ertesi gün sokaktan eve çıkarabileceklerini söylediler. Ürün iyi hizmet sıfır.
They do not have the ability to have the product delivered to the service. They have good intentions but there is no crisis solution. I had to carry the refrigerator I bought home. Because they don't have enough staff. They left the middle of the street, saying that the refrigerator would not go off the stairs. Moreover, when I called ARÇELİK customer service, they said that they could take the refrigerator from the street the next day as soon as they made fun of it. The product is good service is zero.
