Müşteriye her zaman güler yüzlü davranılması gerektiği kanaatindeyim. Kapıdan girer girmez asık suratla müşteriyi karşılamak, senli benli konuşmak, 'zaten bakmışsınız, biliyorsunuz' ifadeleriyle ürünleri göstermek Arçelik firmasının bünyesindeki bir çalışana yakışmamaktadır. Fiyat sunarken de daha önce aldığımız fiyattan daha uygun fiyat verdi fakat önemli olan uygun olan yerden almak değil ürünü iyi sunan yerden almak bence. Umarım bu tavır kısa süre içerisinde değişir. It does not suit an employee of Arçelik company to greet the customer with a sullen face as soon as he enters the door, to talk to you and to show products with the expressions 'you already looked, you know'. While offering the price, he gave a more affordable price than the price we bought before, but I think the important thing is not to buy from the appropriate place, but to buy the product from a good place.
