★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ekmekleri bayattı. Tavuklu baget sandviçinin içerisinde çok az gramajda tavuk vardı. Dün MetroMall Arbys de aynısından yemiştik, orası mükemmeldi.
Bread was stale. There was very little chicken in the chicken drumstick sandwich. We ate the same at MetroMall Arbys yesterday, it was perfect there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cepa Arbys avm kapanmamış olmasına rağmen sistem sıkıntısı gibi bir bahaneyle sipariş almıyor.. Arby’ bu aralar sipariş konusunda epey sorun yaratan bir restoran olma yolunda, daha önce de oldu,çalışanlarınızı daha özenli seçmesi öneririm boş boş bekliyorlar tezgah önünde!!!
Although Cepa Arbys shopping mall is not closed, it does not take orders with the excuse of a system problem. 18.09.2021 18:00 sularında siparişimiz hazır oldu paket olarak aldık ve avm den çıktık yolda patatese baktığımda yarısı yoktu MEGA boy olmasına rağmen birde. Yoldan döndük böyle olmasının imkanı yok deniliyo yalan söylüyoruz sanki 5tanr menü alıp 100 lira kadar para bırakmışız ama 2lira patatesin peşindeyiz sanki yazık sizin gibi çalışanlara.
Bir daha cepa arbys e gitmem gidecek olan varsa gitmesin.
Employee behavior is bad. He gave the curly potato straight. He didn't change it even though we told him, he showed an attitude like if you eat it like this out of the package. 04.09.2021 around 17:00.
At around 18.09.2021, our order was ready, we received it as a package and we left the shopping mall on the way, when I looked at the potato on the way, half of it was missing, even though it was MEGA size. We just came back from the road and it is said that there is no way this is the case.
I will not go to cepa arbys again.
