 The order we gave at 21.38 came around 23.30 (although the maximum delivery time was written in the food basket of 45 minutes) our food was cold, it was a terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iki hamburger sipariş etmiştim ve bir tanesinin detaylarında turşu olacağına dair bilgilendirilmiştim ve hamburgerimde ne turşu vardı nede sipariş ettiğim sosları doğru sayıda ve doğru sırada getirmişlerdi. Yemeklerde soğuktu birdaha asla aynı hatayı yapıp burdan sipariş vermem.
I ordered two burgers, and I was informed that one would be pickled in the details, and they brought the sauces in the correct number and in the correct order, neither there were pickles in my hamburger. It was cold in food, I would never make the same mistake and order from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arby's Classic diğerlerine oranla biraz daha lezzetliydi. Ancak hizmet kalitesi açısından Antalya'da ki Arby's Denizli Forum Çamlık'a göre çok daha başarılı. Menülerde tanıtım amaçlı Cola Zero gösteriliyor ancak restoranda zero mevcut değil. 2 gün ard arda sorduk ikisinde de yoktu.
Arby's Classic was a little tastier than the others. However, in terms of service quality, Arby's Denizli Forum in Antalya is much more successful than Çamlık. Menus show Coke Zero for promotional purposes, but zero is not available in the restaurant. We asked 2 days in a row, both of them were absent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Büyük bir beklentiyle aldığımız menüde ekmekler kafaya atsak yaracak şekildeydi ayrıca soğan halkası çok geç hazırlandı sanırım en ucuz yerel marketten alıp önümüze koyulmuş haaa bi de kola yerine soğuk çay vermeniz var ayrıca müşteri ile nasıl ilgilenir çalışanlarınızın öğrenmesi gerekiyor!!!
In the menu we bought with great expectation, the breads were such that we could throw it on our heads, and the onion rings were prepared very late, I think, they were bought from the cheapest local market and put in front of us, haaa, you have to give cold tea instead of coke. Also, your employees need to learn how to deal with customers!!!

We took the classic menu of 3 arbys steaks. Bread was cold. The steak had no taste at all. In short, it was very bad.
