It was a sad fast food experience. Despite writing sesame, the onion ring without sesame arrived. And because we bought 2 of the onion rings, which normally cost 5 TL, they wrote 10 TL without warning the second. The hamburger was 5 out of 10.

We approached the cash registers to shop at Konya Kent Plaza Arby's store at 21:54. 2 employees at the cashier were dealing with the screen in front of them. We could only make ourselves known by calling out to them. Your Male Employee looked up and said “we're off” and turned to the screen. My wife also asked herself if there was no 6 minutes before closing time. The headmistress next to him said yes without even looking at us. We started to wait in front of them, assuming they were going to take orders. After waiting for half a minute, we asked if we could order, and we got the answer from the lady "we closed it" and we were shocked. We could not understand the reason for this unbecoming behavior. I couldn't even stand it, I was offended if you were treated like a human, wouldn't you be ashamed!! They started to say nonsense things, did not take it seriously and left without even answering. It was a brand that I loved very much, unfortunately for us, Arby's book is now closed after this attitude.
