I can say the best quality apart hotel in Malatya region. Very successful in heating, very useful cleaning, moderate sound insulation, some failing employees and the manager of the apartment are relevant but not polite.

Absolutely awful. CLEANING IS NOT ONLY A WORD FOR US, THIS IS A MISSION! They wrote that they deceived the owner. Never come if you are looking for a clean accommodation with your partner. Expensive and nasty. Items torn and cigarette hole. It smells badly of cigarettes. We would have stayed in a nice hotel for the price they gave, but we didn't have time to look for it because of the tiredness of the long journey...

Although we hired 3 people, the room was for 2 people, although it was an apartment, there was nothing in the kitchen, 2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 glasses; they were all washed on the last fi. The boiler keeps breaking down, the room gets cold, they hang out in the place they call the office.
