★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yalnız yaşayan birisiyim iş çıkışı evimde olabiliyorum. Klima aldım evde olamadığım için kargom şubeye geri gidiyor. "Kendiniz alırsınız istenilen saatte getiremeyiz" yanıtı alıyorum. Ağır kargolarda kendinizi geliştirmeniz lazım önceden arayın mesela!!! Bunu yapan kargo firmaları var siz ilgisizsiniz ters cevaplar cabası
 I live alone, I can be at home after work. I bought an air conditioner, because I couldn't be home, my cargo is going back to the branch. I get the answer "You can take it by yourself, we can't bring it at the requested time". For example, you need to improve yourself in heavy cargo, call in advance!!! There are cargo companies that do this, you are irrelevant, not to mention the wrong answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service , they always claim that address is incomplete so that they don’t deliver the goods and pushing you to collect by yourself instead!! Never got a call from them upon delivery!
Update: went to collect in person, unfortunately wasted a trip with all the hassle and on the top of this the lack of manners and rudeness of how the front disk officer acts !!! Where is the management?
