★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -5 ler olsa öyle yıldız vereceğim kargo şubesi. Sanki özellikle çile çektirmek için konmuş oraya bayan çalışan, iletişim sıfır, surat 8 karış. Sanki zorla biz çalıştırıyormuşuz gibi. Yani olabilir hepimizin sorunları var ama bunu işe yansıtmamayı biliyoruz. Kargomu teslim almaya gittim ve 3 kişi var önümde yaklaşık 55dk bekledim. Aras kargo dışında her kargoyu kullanacak duruma geldim. Allah bu şubeyi kullanmak zorunda kalanların yardımcısı olsun.

I went to collect my cargo and there are 3 people in front of me and I waited for about 55 minutes. I am in a position to use every cargo except Aras cargo. God help those who have to use this branch.

Maraş da müdürleri bir durum olursa direk ulaşalım diye kendi kartvizitlerini veriyorlar. Burada telefon açıyorum zaten zor bağlanıyor. Birde açsalar dahi konuşmuyorlar taki biz kapatana kadar.

There is no way of contacting the customer. Incoming cargo is not delivered to the customer. Staff either doesn't know their business or doesn't care about customers. As long as I order cargo, if Aras cargo is sent via Üçgözler branch, I am trying to cancel it. Shame on you, even 1 point is more.

Arasla gelen bütün kargolarda istisnasız aynı sorunu yaşıyoruz, paketi teslim etmeyip tekrar iade sürecini başlatıyorlar. Bu kadar yüzsüzlük nasıl olabiliyor anlamış değiliz.
Definitely a company that should stop providing services. A branch based entirely on customer dissatisfaction. If you don't make home deliveries for silly reasons, at least never take delivery of the cargo. We are experiencing the same problem with all the cargos coming between us, without exception, they do not deliver the package and start the return process again. We don't understand how such ignorance can happen.
