★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezalet bir kargo firması. Ürün 2 gündür teslimatta görünüyor. Gelen giden hiçbirşey yok. Şubeyi arıyoruz kargonun durumunu öğrenmek için. Otomatik sistem cevap veriyor ona da muhattap yok. Teslimatınız sonraki gün yapılacak diyor. Millet 1 saatte ülke değiştiriyor, siz 3 günde kargo teslimatı yapamıyorsunuz. Rezaletin de ötesi.
A lousy shipping company. The product seems to be on delivery for 2 days. Nothing comes and goes. We are calling the branch to find out the status of the cargo. The automatic system responds and there is no one to address it. It says your delivery will be made the next day. People change countries in 1 hour, you cannot deliver cargo in 3 days. Beyond the scam.

1 kez zile bastı apartmanın kapısını açtım bekliyorum ki kurye gelsin.. üstelik birinci katta oturuyorum.. Allah tan karşı apartmanda da işi varmış çıkışında yakaladım.. bide tavırlı tavırlı 'kapıyı acmadin ki' diyor bana.. Senin paketi vermeye niyetin yok!!

He rang the bell once. I opened the door of the apartment. I'm waiting for the courier to come.. Moreover, I live on the first floor.. Thank god he had something to do in the opposite apartment, I caught him on the way out.. He says to me with an attitude, 'You didn't open the door'.. You have no intention of giving the package!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şubedeki personel ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar ama malum insanlarla uğraşmak zor iş. Bugüne kadar herhangi bir olumsuzlukla karşılaşmadım. Sahadaki personeli de diğer kargo firmalari kadar iyidir, bu konuda uzmanlik beklemek fazla iyimserlik olur.
The staff in the branch are doing their best, but dealing with certain people is hard work. I have not encountered any downsides so far. The personnel in the field are as good as other cargo companies, it would be too optimistic to expect expertise in this regard.
