Adres yetersizliği açıklamasını her siparişe yazıyorsunuz sanırım. Birde utanmadan alıcı kargoyu kabul etmiyor diyip iade ediyosunuz. Yazık gerçekten çok yazık
I am only disgraced in this cargo branch in Eskişehir, you are a really disgraceful company, none of your employees deserve a penny. I guess you write the address shortage explanation on every order. You shamelessly say that the buyer does not accept the cargo and return it. it's a pity really a pity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sözde tüm gün evde beklememe rağmen adrese uğramışlar kargoyu kabul etmemişiz sonra 3gun içinde şubeden alın diye msj geliyor. Ya arkadaş ne zile basan oldu ne gelen sırf şubeden alın diye yapılan bir şey bu.... Aras kargo ile bugünden sonra işim olmaz.
Although I supposedly waited at home all day, they stopped by the address, we did not accept the cargo, then a message is sent to get it from the branch within 3 days. What if a friend did not ring the bell, this is something that is done just to get it from the branch.... I have no business with Aras cargo after today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargom elime ulaşmadığı halde teslim edildi gözüküyor. Sitesine girince yanlış adres diye şubede gözüküyor. Nasıl bir sistem ben anlamadım. Ulaşmaya çalıştıpında karşında birisi yok. Sonra da iadeye gönderiyorlar.
My parcel is showing as delivered even though I haven't received it. When you enter the site, it shows up as the wrong address at the branch. I don't understand what kind of system it is. When you try to reach, there is no one in front of you. Then they send it back.

Over the past couple of years with close to dozens of deliveries, I've experienced professional services from both, delivery and packaging services. Many thanks to all staffing at Aras Kargo Tepebaşı, and keep up the good work!
