★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İş yeri adresine gelecek şekilde internetten aldığım bir ürün iki parça halinde adresime gönderilmiş. Tandoğan şubesi Kargo dağıtım personeli birinci parça ürünü perşembe günü getirip teslim etti. Bir gün sonra ikinci parça ürünü getirdiğinde ise, o an için yerimde olmamam nedeni ile yanımda çalışan personellere hakaret ederek ürünü teslim etmeden gitmiş. Daha sonra sisteme ürünün teslim edilmeme bilgisini girerken " Kimse Tanımıyor, Yerinde de Yok, Teslim alanda yok" diyerek yanıltıcı ve suçlayıcı şekilde bilgi girişi yapılmış. İlgili Şubeyi arayıp personel ile ilgili şikayetimizi bildirmemize rağmen Mesai saati bitimine kadar tarafımıza herhangi bir dönüş yapılmadı.
 A product I bought from the internet to address the workplace was sent to my address in two parts. Cargo distribution staff of Tandoğan branch brought and delivered the first piece of product on Thursday. When he brought the second piece of product one day later, he left without delivering the product, insulting the staff working next to me because I was not at my place for that moment. Later, when entering the non-delivery information to the system, a misleading and incriminating entry was made saying "Nobody Knows, Not Available, Not Available". Although we called the relevant Branch and reported our complaint about the personnel, no return was made to us until the end of working hours.

Bu şekilde ikinci defa kargo teslim edilmeme nedeni. Her seferinde gidip kendimiz teslim alıyoruz. Tebrikler Aras Kargo!
Provincial, district, neighborhood, street, apartment number and name, although the apartment number "Address is wrong / insufficient due to delivery could not be delivered." how is Aras Cargo going?
