İki şube arasında 1 km kadar bir mesafe var ve benim Aras kargo ile gönderilen tüm gönderilerim önce Siteler Şubesine gidiyor ardından yanlış birime ulaştı açıklamasıyla Mobilyacı Şubesine yönlendiriliyor. Bir kere olsa insanlık hali olabilir diyeceğim ama tüm gönderilerin bu şekilde bir süreçten geçmesi ilginç geldi açıkçası. Müşteri açısından çok büyük dert değil ama hem gönderilen ürünler daha fazla taşınmış oluyor hem de daha geç ulaşmış oluyor. Belki dikkate alınır diye buraya da yazmak istedim.
