★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trendyolda bi kac kere urun siparisi ettim aras kargo sirektinin kapıda teslim edilmesi gereken paketleri şubeye geldigini haber bile etmeden şubede bekletip müsterinin gelip almasını bekliyorlar .
 I have ordered a few times on Trendyol. They wait for the customer to come and pick up the packages that need to be delivered at the door of the Aras Cargo Company without even notifying that they have arrived at the branch.

Ben artik alacagim urunun hangi firma ile gonderilecegine bakarak siparis veriyorum. ARAS olmamasina dikkat ediyorum.
Zero service, terrible customer communication. They deliberately keep the incoming products waiting, they make excuses such as we could not reach them, we could not find the address.
I now place an order by looking at which company the product I will buy will be sent with. I pay attention that it is not ARAS.

Kapıya teslimat anlaşmıştım, getirmediler, bende şimdi nakliye tutmak durumunda kaldım iki halı için. hakkımı helal etmiyorum Şırnak Aras kargoya.
