 Employees are not related., Address is wrong in google map. A shipping company I don't want to work for. Phones are never answered. It is indescribable. I think it's better if they don't work.

There are employees who are incapable of putting two words together and tripping while composing a sentence. Ladies, your business matters are none of the customers' business. Please try to be friendly, you are in the service industry.
Although they are open until 15:00 on Saturdays, they do not accept shipments and returns after 13:30.

Everyone working at the cashier is trying to express themselves by cursing and shouting. It says on their website that my cargo was delivered to me, but when I go to the branch and ask, they say that it will be delivered today. Even though we were at home all day, we came to the door, there was no one, the employees who lied. An institution that says we are open at 9 and opens at 9.10. They don't worth 5 cents, work ethic 0.

They say that the cargo has not arrived, but their employees are not doing their arrogant job, and they are trying to rise to the top. It does not even deserve a point!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezil bir şube 2 aydır yanlış gönderdikleri ürününün peşinde koşuyorum. Yetmezmiş gibi vermedikleri hizmetin parasını istiyorlar. 2 kez gittim 2 kez de yanlışlar silsilesi. Çok mecbur olsanız bile burayı asla tercih etmeyin.
I've been chasing the wrong product they sent for 2 months from a disgraced branch. They want money for the service they didn't provide. I went 2 times and 2 times a series of mistakes. Never choose this place even if you have to.

Kargom geliyor evde şubeye bırakın diyorum şubeye gidiyorum kargonuzu kaybettik diyorlar şaka gibi sonra ertesi gün tekrar ariyorlar kargonuzu bulduk diyorlar ertesi gün şubeye gidiyorum kargonuzu iade ettik diyolar bide avel avel suratima bakiyolar. Hem kaybedip hem iade edip sonra benden çözüm bekliyorlar. Sağolsunlar kargom istanbula gitti tekrar İstanbul'dan farklı bir adresime kargolandi şükür elime ulaştı kereta benden çok gezdi.
They are the worst shipping company. My parcel arrives at home, I say leave it to the branch, I go to the branch, they say we lost your cargo, then they call again the next day like a joke, they say they found your cargo, they say they found your cargo the next day I go to the branch and they say we have returned your cargo and they look at me avel avel. They both lose and return it and then expect a solution from me. Thankfully, my parcel went to Istanbul, it was shipped to a different address from Istanbul, thank goodness, it arrived and traveled more than me.
