★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu kadar sorunsuz bir kargo şirketi olmaz. 15.03.2022 tarihinde kargom gelecekti. Teslim edildi diye mesaj gönderiyorlar.Fakat eve gittiğimde kargo gelmediğini öğreniyorum. Ertesi gün aradığımda sizi aradik ulaşamadık telefonunuz kapalıydı muhabbeti yapıyorlar. Kargo gönderirken de alırken de iyi düşünün bu firma ile .
There is no such problem-free shipping company. My cargo was to arrive on 15.03.2022. They send a message that it has been delivered. But when I go home, I find out that the cargo has not arrived. When I called the next day, we called you and we could not reach you. Your phone was switched off. Think carefully when sending or receiving cargo with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerçekten en berbat en kötü kargocu. Elemanları terbiyesiz ve saygısızın önünde gideni. Kargoları dağıtıma bile çıkarmayıp alıcı kargoyu kabul etmedi veya adres yok yazıyorlar. Orda kocaman adres yazarken ( ki daha önce bir iki kez getirme zahmetinde bulundular ) nasıl adres olmaz anlamış değilim. Adam evin önünden bile geçmiyorken alıcı kargoyu kabul etmiyor diye yazmalarıda ayrı cabası. Gerçekten en işe yaramaz adamların çalıştığı bir yer. Bu kadar kötü yorum ve şikayet varken nasıl denetim ve kontrol yapılmıyor anlayamadım. Asla tercih edeceğim bir kargo şirketi değil. Mecbur kalmadıkça asla aras kargoyu tercih etmem. Aras kargoyla anlaşmalı olan satıcılarda hayatlarının en kötü hatalarını yapmışlardır. Bir yıldızı bile haketmiyorlar.
Truly the worst worst courier. The one whose staff goes before the rude and disrespectful. They do not even take the cargo out for distribution and the buyer did not accept the cargo or they write that there is no address. I don't understand how there is no address when I write a huge address there (which they took the trouble to bring it once or twice before). It is also worth noting that they write that the buyer does not accept the cargo when the man does not even pass in front of the house. It really is a place where the most useless guys work. I don't understand how inspection and control is not done when there are so many bad comments and complaints. It is not a shipping company that I would ever choose. I never prefer Aras cargo unless I have to. Sellers who have a contract with Aras Cargo have made the worst mistakes of their lives. They don't even deserve one star.
