Zero interest in the service and customer service provided in the Selim branch. I had a parcel, it's been 10 days and I haven't received it. When the friend who sent it from Selim investigated, they said that instead of an apology, they were also scolded, that is, talk as much as you can. What they understand from customer care is boom. So the result sucks.
