★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sürekli olarak telefonu meşgule alıyorlar. Şikayet edincede bilmiş bilmiş yoğunduk diyorlar ama şubeye baktığında kimse yok. Önemli ki arıyoruz. Kanserden rahmetli olan bir çalışan vardı. O varken bu kargo şubesi en iyisiydi. Şimdi ise mecbur kullanıyoruz. Bu sorumsuzlukları giderilene kadar her yere şikayet edeceğim.

Aynı kargo firmasını tercih ederse gönderen, ikinci kargo ücreti alıp bir kargodan iki tahsilat yapacak kadar üçkağıtçılar.

Adrese gelmesi gereken bir kargo için önce "Mesai saatleri içinde teslim edeceğiz." yazan bir mesaj atıyorlar. Sonra getirmedikleri gibi aynı gün akşamı sanki benimle konuşmuş da ben şubeden alacağım demişim gibi "Şubeden teslim alacak" yazıyorlar. Şubeye gittiğimde kargoyu bulamıyorlar çünkü şubenin içi darma duman karışık halde. Bir süre sonra şubedeki görevlinin sözleriyle "Dün gelen dağıtıma çıkmamış kargoların yanında, dışarıda" buluyorlar. Evet, kargolar sokak kaldırımınında duruyor dağınık halde içinden alıp bana teslim ediyorlar. Herşey o kadar normalmiş gibi bir özür, bir açıklama bile yapmadan devam ediyorlar. Adrese teslim parası ödediğim bu kargoda en ufak bu adamlarda bir hakkım varsa helal etmiyorum.
