★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evet diğer kargo şirketlerine göre aras kargo daha uygun fiyatlı ama sırf fiyatı uygun diye zmeti neden kesiyorlar anlamıyorum. Kaç defa kargom geldi hiçbirini eve çıkartmadılar. Apartmanın önüne inin diye aradılar söylememe rağmen malesef çıkaramıyoruz diyorlar. Diğer şirketler neden çıkarıyo da siz çıkarmıyosunuz. Apartmanın önüne inmek zor olduğundan değil ama sonuçta verilen hizmetin bi parçası bu. Hepsi mi böyle yoksa sarıkamış şubesi mi sadece böyle anlamadım.
Yes, Aras cargo is more affordable than other cargo companies, but I don't understand why they cut the service just because the price is affordable. How many times my parcel came, they did not take any of them home. They called me to get down in front of the apartment, even though I told them, they say unfortunately we can't get it out. Why do other companies do it and you don't? It's not that it's hard to get down to the front of the apartment, but it's part of the service, after all. I didn't understand whether it was all like this or just the Sarıkamış branch.

Employees are not friendly, they are very cold, there is no place to park a car, you have to carry heavy cargo, it is a very irregular place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Açıkçası babalarının hayrına çalışıyor gibiler. Bildirim yapmazlar, bilgi almak için ararsın telefonu yüzüne kapatırlar. Yaptıkları iş için para alırlar ama iş yapmazlar. Mesela adrese teslim ücreti alıp adrese teslim yapmamak için 40 takla atan firmalardan. Dağıtıma çıkarmadılar kargoları da kaybediyorlar. Sarıkamış şubesi özelindedir yazdıklarım.
Frankly, they seem to be working for their father. They do not notify, you call for information, they hang up the phone. They get paid for the work they do, but they don't do the work. For example, one of the companies that made 40 tumbles in order to receive a delivery fee and not to deliver to the address. They didn't make it for distribution, and they're losing the cargo as well. What I wrote is specific to the Sarıkamış branch.
