★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maşallah sizdeki havaya pilot değil, Astronot olsak yetişemeyiz, 2 telefon numarsınıda aradığımızda açılıp ses gidip geldiği halde alo derken suratımıza kapatıyor. Hepsiburadanın kendisinden aldığım ürün için 3 gün üst üste kargonuz dağıtıma çıkarılmıştır mesajı gelip kesinlikle dağıtıma çıkarılmadı. Müşteri hizmetlerini aradığımda kargonuzu şubeden teslim almanız gerekiyor diye not düşüldüğünü söylediler (kargo takibinden görülmüyor ) bari haber verin, sebebini sorduğumda bilmiyoruz dediler sonuç olarak kargo geri iade gitti.Ayın 11 inde satın aldığım ürün (araya tabi 3 gün bayram tatili girdi) ayın 21 inde elime ulaşamadan geri gitti eğer zahmet edipte hergün 5 defa aradığım Şahmeran şubesi telefona cevap verse idi kimse mağdur olmazdı.Tarsusta olupta birdaha asla Aras kargoyu tercih etmeyeceğim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 yıldızı bile hak etmeyen bir kargo şubesi. Sanayinin içinde ulaşması bulması zor. Çalışanlar saygısız, telefon ediyorsun açmıyorlar, açsalarda cevap vermiyorlar. Şubeye gidip sorduğumda ''ne yapacaksın bize ulaşınca'' gibi küstah bir cevap alıyorsunuz. Bir gün biri tekme tokat bu heriflere girişmezse iyi.
A cargo branch that doesn't even deserve 1 star. Hard to find in the industry. Employees are disrespectful, you call, they do not answer, they do not answer even if they do. When I go to the branch and ask, you get an arrogant answer such as "what will you do when you reach us". It's good if one day someone doesn't kick and slap these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En berbat kargo firması. Dağıtıma çıkan kurye eve kadar getirmiyor. Belli bir merkezde durup, bulunduğu yere çağırıp kargoyu almamızı söylüyor. Eve neden getirmiyorsun dediğimizde aracı o sokağa geçiremem deyip başından atıyor. Şikayet ediyorsun kaideye alan yok. Gönderici firmalara durumu anlatıp bu firmayla çalışırsanız sizden alışveriş yapmayacağımı söylüyorum.
Worst shipping company. The courier for delivery does not bring it home. He tells us to stop at a certain center, call the place where it is and pick up the cargo. When we ask why you don't bring it home, he says he can't take the car to that street and throws it away. You complain, there is no place to pedestal. If you explain the situation to the sending companies and work with this company, I say that I will not buy from you.
