★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargo şubesinin konumu tam bir kartal yuvası Paşabahçe devlet hastanesi tarafından yürüyerek ulaşalım dedik vallahi canımız çıktı acayip bir yokuşun tam tepesinde manzara harika, tabi çalışanların manzarayı görecekleri halleri yok herkes işinde gücünde, yani yer güzel ulaşmak çok zor...:)
The location of the cargo branch is just an eagle's nest, we decided to reach it on foot by the Paşabahçe state hospital, I swear we died, the view is amazing, right on the top of a strange slope, of course, the employees cannot see the view, everyone is at work, so the place is beautiful, it is very difficult to reach... :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İlgisiz alakasız müşteri ile nasıl konuşulması gerektigini bilmeyen bir şubedir. Evden alım talebime 3hafta boyunca bugun gelmezsek yarın geliriz şeklinde yorumlayan. Şubeye gittiğimde kargo bilgilerimi çekmek istediğimi söylediğim de tavır alan hanimefendiyi esefle kınıyorum.
It is a branch that does not know how to talk to an irrelevant customer. Interpreting my home purchase request as if we don't come today for 3 weeks, we will come tomorrow. I regretfully condemn the lady who took a stand when I told her that I wanted to withdraw my cargo information when I went to the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ e-ticaret siteleri aras kargo ile gönderim yaptığı için hmemnun değilim. 2 kez kargo gönderimi oldu. İlkinde adres bulumadılar ben gidip almak zorunda kaldım. İkincisinde müşteri kendisi şubeden teslim alacak notu yazılmış. Kesinlikle bırak konuşmayı görüşmedik bile. Yanlış anlaşılma söz konusu olamaz. Neredeyse diğer tüm kargo şirketlerinden kargo alıyorum. İletişim çağındayız.ulaşılamıyor veya arayıp bilgi verilmiyor. E-ticaret siteleri galiba bedava taşıdıkları için mi müşteri şikayetleri dikkate alınmıyor. Özellikle Paşabahçe Aras kargo gerçekten çok yetersiz çözüm sunamıyor.
I am not satisfied because e-commerce sites send with Aras cargo. Shipment was made 2 times. At first, they couldn't find an address, so I had to go and get it. In the second, a note was written that the customer himself will receive it from the branch. We certainly didn't even meet, let alone talk. There can be no misunderstanding. I receive cargo from almost all other shipping companies. We are in the age of communication. Cannot be reached or called and information is not given. Is it because e-commerce sites carry it for free, customer complaints are not taken into account. Especially Paşabahçe Aras Kargo cannot offer a very inadequate solution.
