★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargonuzu getirdik gelip aşağı kapıdan alın demek de moda oldu galiba aras kargoda. Kardeşim eve teslim diyoruz eve kadar getireceksin bunun başka bir izahı var mı. Tamam bir kere olur anlarız da sürekli olması da yersiz bir durum yani. Arıyosunuz açmayınca kargoyu geri götürüyosunuz sonra da yetersiz adres yazıyo açıklamada. Telefonu açsaydık gelin alın kapıdan diyecekti kesin. Kurumsal kimliğinize yakışmayan bir durum bu ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayatımda gördüğüm en berbat kargo firması ve şubesidir kendileri. Kargomun ne yola çıktığını haber veriyorlar, ne de geldiğini haber veriyorlar. Müşteri hizmetlerini arıyorum kargo takip no soruyorlar. Kardeşim bana bu bilgi siz SMS ile bildirmezseniz nasıl ulaşacak? Çok önemli bir kurumdan gelen evraklarım geri iade edilmişti. İşini bu kadar kötü yapan bir yer olamaz. Bir bayan personellerinin benim sakince sorular sormama rağmen git başka firma ile gönder kargonu demişliği bile var. Bence bu şubeyi kalitesiz yapan unsur personelleridir.
They are the worst cargo company and branch I have ever seen in my life. They neither inform me that my cargo is on its way, nor do they inform that it has arrived. I call customer service and they ask for the tracking number. How will my brother reach me this information if you do not inform me via SMS? My documents from a very important institution were returned. No place can do their job this bad. There is even a woman's staff saying go and send your cargo with another company, even though I asked questions calmly. I think the element that makes this branch of poor quality is its staff.

I waited 2 more days to receive my cargo in the branch because of the officer who responded as if he was working hard, not with his money!!

Whenever I call, they pick up and even though their hours are late, they wait for me to get out of work in the evening and deliver my cargo. I really don't understand the bad comments.
