Isn't there a box in a cargo or materials for shipping? 3 points just for the employee trying to be helpful.

They did not deliver one of the 2 products I bought from Ciceksepet to me. Later on, when I called, they said that only one product came. When I called the sender, they said they sent 2 of them. In the cargo messages, it shows me as if both products were delivered to me. This is qualified fraud. I will not work with this cargo again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bakımsız bir yer. Klasik kargo anlayışı olduğu için güler yüzlü hizmet vs beklemeyin. Ama yine de diğer şubelere nazaran iyi.
It's a neglected place. Don't expect friendly service, etc., as it is a classic cargo concept. But still better than other branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayatımda gördüğüm en berbat hizmet. Kusursuz yazılan adresimin yanlış olduğunu belirterek şubeden almamı istediler. Daha rezil bir anlayış yok. Bir kere aramadan bahane bulup sizi şubeden aldırtıyorlar. Madem çalışmaya niyetiniz yok çalışmayın ve insanları yormayın. Müşteri hizmetlerini aradığımda altı kere telefonu açıp saniyesinde kapattılar sesini bile duyuyorum açan kişinin. Bu kadar utanmamazlık fazla.
Worst service I've ever seen in my life. They asked me to pick it up from the branch, stating that my address, which was written perfectly, was wrong. There is no more abhorrent understanding. They find an excuse without calling once and have you removed from the branch. If you do not intend to work, do not work and do not tire people. When I called customer service, they picked up the phone six times and hung up in a second, I can even hear the voice of the person who answered it. So much shamelessness.
