★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is slow,not very well organised. No follow up, almost your responsibility to go and get your parcel. Good luck if you live outside Muğla, it may take some effort to get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a city branch of one of the leading parcel services providers of country. Due to Pandemics usually there is a long cue in front of the shop and it's total time loss waiting here to receive your parcels. Because so many customers come and pickup their parcels from here it's quite good question to ask whether Aras delivers any to addresses in this city. Branch personnel may not be smiling but they are so friendly and helpful. Good luck there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst+++ (++++) kargo in Turkey : !!!! NEVER !!!!!+++ order anything online if they are supposed to bring it to you : they do not do (and lie++++, telling you were not home, 3 times - never saw anybody coming- other kargo companies find without any problem...) DO NOT/NEVER USE ARAS KARGO !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an item on Amazon.tr to which I am a member and have had no issues with delivery to my address until now with Aras Kargo. Call centre is useless best to cancel your order if its going to be delivered with Aras Kargo. Advice to company/ director, your staff needs to be accountable for their continous mistakes. Please, staff needs training.
