There are 5 of us, that is, 5 customers. The customer was angry about something. The customer said I knew this place as a good cargo, but it was a fraudulent cargo. The employee said to the gentleman: Why do you always give me the problem customer. There are 5 of us inside and we are all customers. In short: in such a big company, a staff member who speaks with the mouth of the neighborhood will harm you and everyone inside has condemned your employee with their eyes. I wrote that I live in what I see as a woman. Be sure, your male staff members are gentlemen, but since I don't want to see someone who talks with the mouth of El Neighborhood, which is the closest branch to my house, I never want to go. Every time I go, I sent my cargo without any problems and without waiting. Cargoes are delivered quickly to addresses in the center. I had no problems with the cargo delivered to me.

Aras Kargo disappointed me greatly. On Thursday at noon, the buyer does not accept the cargo. If it is not received from the branch within three days, a message came that it would be returned. We were at home on Thursday, no one knocked on the door. I called the Gölbaşı branch many times and the phone was not answered in any way. Today I called the center on Saturday, even the center. It doesn't produce a solution, it says, if you wish, you can get it from the branch. If I wasn't insistent, they wouldn't have asked for the cargo to be redistributed, even though it was their own mistake.
