★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think aras is one of the best kargo companies here in Turkey. Many employees are not friendly by nature, but on time, and after many deliveries they change and become very helpful. Sometimes they accept to do returns for you if you ask them nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They returned my shipment to the sender without even coming once to my doorstep. They claim that the address was wrong or incomplete then they said that I didn't accept the shipment. This is THE WORST shipping company I ever dealt with!

edit: today they've just gave my cargo which I had payed for to someone I don't know in another address and the had the nerve to say that I always tell them it's ok to leave my cargo at that person which I've never met or known

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think they are one of the worst cargo companies I ever encountered. I will try to buy from sellers that do not use this company. They don't deliver to my place despite its not so far from them. Avoid!
