★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allah bunların belasını versin yorumlara bakınca yalnız olmadığımı anladım. Aldığınız paralar haram zıggım olsun. Özellikle Yenimahalle bölgesine eve teslim yok. Mobil bölge diye sallıyorlar gelin şubeden alın diyorlar. Eve teslim diye para alıyorlar ama eve teslim yok. Arıyoruz telefon açmıyorlar. Müşteri hizmetlerini arıyoruz gerekli birim dönüş yapacak diyorlar arayan yok. Geldik yoktunuz teslim edemedik diye kayıt giriyorlar yalan 3 gündür evde kargo bekliyorum. O kargo gelmeden geri iade edilsin tüketici haklarına vermessem
God bless them when I look at the comments I realized I was not alone. The money you get is forbidden. Especially Yenimahalle region does not have home delivery. Mobile zone they say shake the bride get from the branch. They get paid for home delivery, but no home delivery. We're not calling. If you are looking for customer service caller they will make the necessary unit return. We didn't arrive, we couldn't deliver, I'm waiting for cargo for 3 days at home. Ayın 7sine kadar gelmedi önümüz hafta sonu hadi bakalım rekor kırıcaklar gidip alma imkanımda yok getirmeye niyetleride yok bide aradılar adresi tekrar sordular.. kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum şübeyi ve firmayı, satıcı bu firma ile gönderiyor ise 20 daha pahalı olsa bile gidin başka satıcıdan alın rezillik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayatımda gördüğüm en suratsız en ilgisiz personeller burada her gittiğimde aynısı , güleryüz beklediğimden değil ama bana kimse çemkirerek konuşamaz ben bu hakkı kimseye vermiyorum. İnsan gibi müşteri personel ilişkisi yok . Dağıtım ekibine bir şey diyemem ama kargo kabulde ki iki kadın bu şekilde , bu konuda gerekenin yapılmasını talep ediyorum

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok kötü gerçekten artık o kadar illallah ettirdi ki bu firmayla çalışan markalardan alışverişi biraktim.Ariyorum asla ama asla şubeye ulaşılamıyor.Kargom teslim edildi mi edilmedi mi ogrenemiyorum.Teslim edilen kargonun teslim mesajı bir gün sonra geliyor.Çalisanlar asık suratlı ,ters ters cevaplar , müşteriyi azarlamalar...Bu durum sadece bu şubeye özgü de değil.Cidren sıkıntılı bir firma
It's really bad, it made me so ill that I stopped shopping with the brands that work with this company. I call, but the branch can never be reached. I can't find out whether my cargo has been delivered or not. The delivery message of the delivered cargo arrives after one day. Employees are sullen, reverse answers, customer scoldings... This situation is not unique to this branch. Cidren is a troubled company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siparişim Aras kargo tarafından tekrar satıcıya yollanmış. Evde heran bulunan aile bireyi olmasına rağmen ulaşamadık demişler. Site güvenliğinde geldiğine dair kayıt yok. Eşimin ve benim telefonlarımızı yazdım ikimiz de aranmadık ve kapıya zaten not bırakılmamış... Mecbur kalmadıkça kullanmanızı tavsiye etmiyorum bu şubeyi.
My order has been sent back to the seller by Aras Cargo. They said that we could not reach him even though there was a family member who was at home all the time. There's no record of him coming on site security. I wrote my wife's and my phone's and we weren't called and no note was left on the door anyway... I don't recommend using this branch unless you have to.
