★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Package arrived to Aras Kargo Depot at Mahmutlar but it was never delivered to me. When I called up enquiring the package they said it has been send back to Istanbul. No good. Even one Star is too much.

- no one can speak any other language in order that they can understand forigners
- staff are liars:
They sent me message that goods are returned to the seller .. because the buyer is not found .. while they never contact me through SMS or call or come to the adress . (My Telphone and adress are correct with them , but they play with customer).
This is not the first time .. also the management are very poor in language and business management skills.
If there is zero stars .. it's too much for them .
