★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefon ediyorsunuz açmıyorlar. Evde olduğum hâlde kargom teslim edilmiyor. Satıcılara özellikle aras kargoyla göndermeyeceklerse ürün sipariş edeceğimi söylüyorum artık. Yazıklar olsun.
You call, they don't pick up. My parcel is not delivered even though I am at home. Now I tell the sellers that I will order the product especially if they will not send it by courier. Shame on you.

Mesai saatlerinde canlari istediginde telefonlars cevap veriyorlar .diger subedeki calisan arkadsslari bile leblebiciler subesi biraz sıkıntılı bi sube diye bahsediyor.o kadar vasatsiniz .tlflarimi neden acmiyorsunuz diye sorunca da karsidaki kadın iç çekiyor bana. Bu kadar sikayete ragmen kargo yoneticilerinin bi islem yapmamasi da ayri bi konu !
The cargo branch that doesn't even deserve 1 star. They answer the phone when they want to during working hours. Even their colleagues in the other branch refer to the Leblebiciler branch as a somewhat troubled branch. You are so mediocre. When I ask why you don't open my TLF, the woman on the other hand sighs to me. Despite so many complaints, the fact that the cargo managers do not take any action is another matter!

I watched it all day long from live tracking. Even though my address was not at the place where it is, I received information that the address is wrong or to receive it from the wrong branch. It is impossible to reach by phone, even terrible cargo, I have never had such a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 gün önce tarafıma gönderilen ve benim için çok aciliyeti olan evraklarımın akıbeti bilinmiyor.ilgili şubeyi arıyorum hat kısır döngüye sokulmuş,2 dakika sonra ilgili şubeye bağlanıp otomatik kapanıyor.kargom nerededen baktığımda kargonun hala bu şubeden çıkış yapılmadığı gözüküyor!başka bir şubeyi aradım ordan bir numara verdiler,onu aradım çıkan arkadaş da nerde olduğunu bilemiyor!yani çok acil olan işimi bu kargo yüzünden halledemiyorum,onu da geçtim evrakların akıbeti bilinmiyor?!şu an kayıp..şubede olduğundan emin olsam otobüsle gönderim yapacağım ama onu da bilmiyorum.
