Tüm yetkili kurumlardan şikayette bulunacağım. Sorunumun bir an önce halledilmesini istiyorum. Böyle bir işletme ve sorumsuzluk olamaz.
My parcel with the tracking number 1812028653740, which I gave for Elmalı district, was sent back to the branch without calling or giving any information, even though I was at home when it arrived. I will file a complaint with all authorities. I want my problem to be solved as soon as possible. There can be no such business and irresponsibility.
