Bu hafta da evde olduğumuz gün kargo gelmiyor aramıuorlar. İadeye göndermişler. Evde bulamadık diyip iade vermişler ne arama var ne sorma

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eksi puanlama yapabiliyor olsaydık inanın yapardım. Tamamen mağduriyetinize sebep olan bir kargo firması! "Evinize geldik yoktunuz" yalanıyla sizi ayaklarına çağırmaları yetmiyormuş gibi kimi zaman kargonuz şubeye ulaştı diye basit bir bilgilendirme mesajı göndermekten bile aciz olabiliyorlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum bırakın ya batsınlar ya da kendilerini düzeltsinler. Tek kargo firması onlarmış gibi pozlara girmelerine hiç gerek yok! PTT yi tercih edin daha iyi daha güvenilir.
If we could give a negative rating, believe me, I would. A cargo company that completely causes your grievances! As if it is not enough for them to call you to their feet with the lie of "We came to your home, you were not there", sometimes they are incapable of sending a simple information message just because your cargo has arrived at the branch. I definitely don't recommend it, let them either sink or fix themselves. There is no need for them to pose as if they are the only shipping company! Prefer PTT, better, more reliable.
